Siroco is a company with over 111 holiday apartments in Gemelos 22, a popular apartment complex in Benidorm. Siroco-Gemelos 22 is located in the Rincon de Loix district, within walking distance (approx. 400 metres) from Benidorm’s Levante Beach. With our own team of receptionists, concierges and cleaners, we ensure that you feel welcome with us and that things are arranged quickly and properly. We also offer you an excellent price/quality ratio!

All 2-room and 3-room apartments have a spacious balcony and air conditioning. The south-facing balconies overlook the beautiful garden and the three interconnected swimming pools, including a children’s pool with children’s play equipment. Around the pool is a unique courtyard garden with comfortable sunbeds. For more entertainment you can use the tennis courts, football field, three mini golf holes and a jeu de boules court.

Our history

We have been active in the rental of holiday apartments in Benidorm since 1968. By importing oranges from the Valencia region, the founders of the organization became involved in tourism. They invested in apartments in Benidorm, first of all in the Siroco 1 and Siroco 2 apartment complexes. These apartments were rented out to Dutch holidaymakers through various tour operators. In 1992 the booking office Siroco Nederland B.V. was founded and started with the direct rental of the Siroco apartments. In 2003, the modern and popular apartment complex GEMELOS 22 was built and completed and since then we have only offered apartments in Tower 1 and Tower 2 of GEMELOS 22.

As the largest owner within the Gemelos 22 complex, we have invested over the years in numerous additional facilities to ensure that you can enjoy your stay as pleasant and comfortable as possible.
