Bus excursion Altea & Guadalest

Visit two of the most beautiful villages on the Costa Blanca and join us to the characteristic white town of Altea and the beautiful Guadalest.

Altea is located along the coast, but if you want to get to know the old city centre, you will have to make your way up to the old centre via narrow winding streets and alleys. On the beautiful square at the top of the town lies the Virgin del Consuelo church, which towers above the city with its blue domes. From the square of the Nuestra Señora del Consuelo you have a magnificent view of Altea, the Mediterranean Sea and Benidorm. Enjoy one of the many terraces before the excursion continues.

In addition to Altea, during this excursion you will also visit the ancient Guadalest, located high on a rocky point. Here you will find the fortress El Castell de Guadalest, the former defence fortress of the Moors against the Spanish. Guadalest has been voted one of the most beautiful villages in Spain and is therefore certainly worth a visit. Via stairs and winding streets you walk up to the old centre, from where you have a magnificent view over the beautiful Guadalest reservoir.

• This excursion starts from the Marco Polo office on Avenida Europa in Benidorm. You must be present at least 15 minutes before the start.
