There are a number of house rules to enable all our guests to enjoy a carefree holiday. We kindly ask you to read them carefully and respect the rules during your stay. We would also like to refer to the General Terms and Conditions that you agreed to when booking. If you have any questions, please go to reception of Siroco-Gemelos 22.
Certain additional facilities can be arranged through the reception. You must pay a fee for various activities. A deposit may also be requested when renting materials. The deposit can be withheld if the rented materials are not returned or damaged.
Alcohol, (soft) drugs and weapons
carrying weapons is strictly prohibited. In the event of a violation, the police will be called immediately and you will be requested to leave Gemelos 22, without the right to a refund of the accommodation costs.
The main booker must be at least 18 years old. A valid ID must be presented at check-in. Due to Spanish law, a copy of your ID will be made.
On the day of departure, we ask you to leave the apartment before 10:00 AM and to hand in the key at the reception. You must ensure that all rubbish is removed from the apartment. You can deposit the garbage in one of the containers along the road at the main entrance of Gemelos 22. We also ask you to wash all dirty dishes and put them away in the cupboard; putting the towels and bed linen together in one place, so that the cleaning service can take them immediately and leave the apartment broom clean.
If you want to extend or wish a late check out, this is only possible in consultation with our reception and against payment of the applicable rate.
The infliction of damage and theft of inventory from one of the apartments or common areas of Gemelos 22 will be charged to the perpetrator or jointly and severally liable person. A report will also be filed with the police.
During check-in you will be asked to pay a deposit. The deposit will be returned at the end of your stay if the apartment is left in the same condition as it was at check-in. If there is any damage, the costs will be deducted from the deposit. And if the apartment is not left clean and in accordance with the rules at the end of your stay, we have the right to deduct the extra cleaning costs from your deposit.
Dogs are only allowed in the apartments if notified at the time of booking. There are costs associated with the stay of the dog. These must be paid immediately at check-in. Only dogs with a maximum shoulder height of 45 cm are allowed. Dogs are not allowed in the garden and around the pool. If your dog goes to the toilet on the Gemelos 22 site, you must immediately clean it up yourself. Maximum 2 dogs per apartment.
In the envelope you receive during the check-in, you will find an emergency number that is available 24/7. Please note that this number is for emergencies only. If you call for any other reason, you may be charged for any assistance you request. In that case, our staff also has the right to point out that you can contact the reception with your question the next working day.
In case of an emergency or fire, immediately leave the building Do not use the lifts under any circumstances. In case of fire or other emergency, try to keep calm. Report a fire to the reception and/or hit the nearest fire alarm.
Due to certain situations, there may be force majeure. Think of water damage or electricity failure as a result of extreme weather. Siroco-Gemelos 22 cannot be held liable for the consequences thereof.
General rules Gemelos 22
As a guest of Siroco-Gemelos 22, you must not only comply with the rules of Siroco-Gemelos 22, but also with the general rules of the Gemelos 22 complex. This means, among other things, that you are not allowed to throw things over the balcony and that you are not allowed to hang towels or other laundry over the railing of the balcony. You must use the drying rack for your laundry.
As our guest you can use wireless internet (WiFi). A password is required for the WiFi. You will find the password on the inside of the apartment door.
It is forbidden to surf to pornographic, anti-democratic or discriminatory websites or websites that are prohibited by law. The WLan may only be used for a generally accepted use. Commercial use of the WiFi or sending SPAM via our channels can lead to you being denied access to the WiFi, without you being able to hold Siroco-Gemelos 22 liable for it. Any damage that Siroco-Gemelos 22 suffers from your surfing behavior will be recovered.
The use of the WiFi is at your own risk. Please note that we do not have a virus scanner or firewall on the routers and are not liable for any damage to your equipment or files that you download via the WiFi.
During check-in you will receive a welcome envelope including an inventory list. You are obliged to check the list and report any defects to the reception within 24 hours after arrival. If you have not reported any defects or missing items and our staff will notice any shortcomings at the check-out, the costs will be deducted from your deposit.
During check-in you will receive keys for the apartment and the central entrances. If you have rented a safe, you will also receive a key for the safe (which is in your apartment). If one or more keys are lost, the replacement costs will be charged. It is forbidden to duplicate or transfer keys to third parties who do not reside at Siroco-Gemelos 22 and are therefore not registered at our reception.
Siroco-Gemelos 22 is not responsible for damage or loss of your belongings. Neither the management nor persons working for Siroco-Gemelos 22 can be held liable for loss, theft or any material and/or immaterial damage that you may experience as a guest of Gemelos 22.
When you temporarily leave luggage at the reception or have your belongings stored in the warehouse of Siroco-Gemelos 22 during your absence, we as an organization are never liable for damage or loss of your belongings. Leaving your belongings behind is always at your own risk.
For the storage of valuables during your stay you can rent a safe at the reception for a fee.
Lost and found
Please hand in found objects at the reception.
There are charging points for mobility scooters directly under Tower 1. These charging points may only be used after approval from our reception and are only free of charge for customers who have rented a mobility scooter through the reception at Siroco-Gemelos 22. If you have a mobility scooter yourself or rented it elsewhere, additional costs are associated with the use of the charging points. Nobody has a permanent place. Therefore, you should remove the charger immediately when the battery is full, so that other guests can then use the charging point. If you do not remove the charger yourself when the battery is full or if you charge your scooter without consulting reception, we have the right to remove it.
Organizing parties is not allowed. It is also prohibited to cause nuisance to other guests through loud music, obnoxious behavior or noise of any kind. This applies throughout the day. In addition, it must be quiet between 23:00 and 07:00 to respect everyone’s night’s rest. If you return to the apartment after 23:00, please bear this in mind.
Nuisance during renovation / temporary closure of facilities
In connection with maintenance, work can take place for renovations. Of course we will do our utmost to limit the inconvenience for you as much as possible. If you, nevertheless, find that the nuisance is disproportionate, we ask you to report this to our reception.
Certain facilities may be temporarily closed during renovations. We ask for your understanding.
Gemelos 22 has a closed parking area. Siroco has several parking spaces on the parking lot. Parking is only allowed after payment of the costs and only in Siroco’s spaces. If you have been assigned a fixed parking space via the reception, you are obliged to park your car in this parking lot. We advise you to raise the parking barrier when you leave the car park. This will prevent others from parking on your parking space.
Parking is at your own risk. Siroco-Gemelos 22 is not liable for damage to your vehicle, except if and insofar as the damage is the direct result of intent or gross negligence on the part of Siroco-Gemelos 22.
When you use the car park, you will receive a remote control for the gate of the car park (against payment of a deposit). The deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay after returning the remote control. The remote control is for personal use only. It is not allowed to grant third parties access to the car park.
Photos are regularly taken on the site, including for promotional purposes. Everyone who is in Gemelos 22 also agrees to the making of these recordings and their promotional use for and by Siroco-Gemelos 22.
We respect your privacy in all circumstances. However, we are authorized to enter the room in case of non-compliance with our house rules and – if necessary – to vacate the apartment. The cleaning and technical service is also authorized to enter the apartment for maintenance. If you do not want this when you are absent, please report this explicitly to the reception.
Prostitution is prohibited in our apartment complex and the rest of Gemelos 22. In the event of a violation, the police will be called immediately, followed by a fine plus immediate removal from the site, without the right to a refund.
All apartments and public areas of Gemelos 22 are non-smoking. Smoking is only allowed on the balconies with compulsory use of the ashtray. When the rules regarding smoking are violated, a fine of up to € 150 can be charged.
The staff has – if necessary in connection with work – access to your apartment with a master key. Naturally, they respect your privacy. If you are in the apartment, the work will take place in consultation. If you are not at home, the staff has the right to enter the apartment and carry out the necessary work. The staff is also authorized to enter your apartment in case of “non-compliance with these house rules”.
Siroco-Gemelos 22 wants you to enjoy your stay and would like to draw your attention to sustainability. Hopefully together we can create a better world. Reducing energy and water consumption is not only important at home, but also during your holidays. We therefore ask you to be critical with us regarding the consumption of water and energy during your stay.
- Do not set the air conditioning lower than 25 degrees in the summer and the heating not higher than 21 degrees in the winter;
- Keep windows and doors closed when you have the air conditioning/heating on;
- Turn off the lights & air conditioning/heating when you leave the apartment;
- Many hundreds of liters of water are used every day to wash towels that have only been used once. Therefore, think before you put a towel on the floor to have it changed.
- ‘Better Holidays for a better World’, that’s our motto. However, we cannot do this alone and therefore ask you to take your responsibility in this as well.
There are cameras at various places on the Gemelos 22 site for your and our safety. Everyone in Gemelos 22 agrees to make recordings. In the event of calamities and/or incidents, the recordings can be shown to the authorities as supporting material.
Visitors & number of guests
It is not allowed to stay in the apartment with more people than the number for which the reservation has been made. All guests must identify themselves and register at the reception. Visitors are welcome, but must be registered in advance and are not allowed to spend the night in the accommodation, unless approved by the reception and payment of the extra rates.
All instructions from employees of Gemelos 22 related to house rules must be followed immediately. In cases and/or situations not covered by this document, the management of Siroco-Gemelos 22 decides.
