If you travel with your own car or perhaps rent a car at the airport, you can reserve a parking space when booking. The costs are €5 per day per parking space (additional surcharge in July and August). Please note that there are only a limited number of places available, especially during the high season! We therefore recommend that you book in advance. In the months of July and August, parking costs are €7.50 per day.

It is possible to rent a car through our reception for 1 or more days if you want to explore the area yourself. We have had good contacts with various rental companies for years. We have a number of apartments available where staying with a dog is allowed. These apartments are located on the 2nd and 9th floors of both towers of Gemelos 22. Costs for the stay of your dog are €50,- per stay. You must inform us immediately when booking that you are bringing a dog.

Only small dogs with a maximum height of 45 cm at the withers are allowed. Larger dogs may be refused, as well as cats and other animals. We would like to point out that it is not allowed to walk the dogs in the garden. No dogs are allowed around the pool. Your dog must always be on a leash on the grounds of Gemelos 22.

Are you booking a transfer? Please keep in mind that there are additional rules and possible additional costs for transport during the transfer.

All our apartments have free WiFi. Wi-Fi is also available in the common areas.

It is possible to rent a safe on site for approximately €2,- per day. The lockers are located in the apartments. If you rent a safe, you will receive a separate key from our reception.

Towels and bed linen are included in the price. If you stay longer than 1 week, you will receive new towels and cleaning once a week. The first cleaning and towel change is 4 days after arrival. If you want extra towels or extra sheet packages, you can obtain them at the reception for a fee.

Smoking is not allowed in our apartments. We ask that you only smoke on the balcony and use the ashtray on the balcony.

At check-in we will ask you for a copy of your passport/ID card. We need this information for the Spanish authorities. You cannot check in with an expired or damaged document.

If you are coming from abroad, ask the Spanish embassy or consulate about which travel documents you need to travel to Spain. You are at all times responsible for arranging the correct documents.

If you do not only want to get acquainted with the beach and everything Benidorm has to offer during your holiday, there are plenty of options! The area surrounding Benidorm is more than worth a visit. You can rent a car through our reception and go out on your own. You can also book an excursion. Inquire at the reception about the possibilities!
