The apartments of Siroco-Gemelos 22 can be booked all year round. You can determine the arrival and departure day yourself. We only use a minimum stay of 4 nights.

Apartments

We have spacious 2-room apartments (max. 4 adults) and 3-room apartments (maximum 6 people). All apartments are fully equipped, including free air conditioning, free wifi, free satellite TV, fully equipped kitchen, not to mention our spacious south-facing balconies overlooking the beautiful garden and swimming pools. Our team

At Gemelos 22 we have our own reception. They speak English, Dutch, French and Spanish. They are happy to help you with all your questions and wishes! We also have our own concierges for maintenance and supervision and our own cleaning ladies ensure that your apartment is well maintained.

Parking at Siroco-Gemelos 22

If you travel with your own car or perhaps rent a car at the airport, you can reserve a parking space when booking. The costs are €5 per day per parking space (additional surcharge in July and August). Please note that there are only a limited number of places available, especially during the high season! We therefore recommend that you book in advance. In the months of July and August, parking costs are €7.50 per day.

Car rental options

It is possible to rent a car through our reception for 1 or more days if you want to explore the area yourself. We have had good contacts with various rental companies for years. We work with Auto Alex and Centauro, among others. Would you like to rent a car? Send an email with your wishes to: info@gemelos22.es or contact our reception by phone.

Take your dog on holiday

We have a number of apartments available where staying with a dog is allowed. These apartments are located on the 2nd and 9th floors of both towers of Gemelos 22. Costs for the stay of your dog are €50,- per stay. You must inform us immediately when booking that you are bringing a dog.

Only small dogs with a maximum height of 45 cm at the withers are allowed. Larger dogs may be refused, as well as cats and other animals. We would like to point out that it is not allowed to walk the dogs in the garden. No dogs are allowed around the pool. Your dog must always be on a leash on the grounds of Gemelos 22.

Are you booking a transfer? Please keep in mind that there are additional rules and possible additional costs for transport during the transfer.

Free WiFi

All our apartments have free WiFi. Wi-Fi is also available in the common areas.

Rent a safe

It is possible to rent a safe on site for approximately €2,- per day. The lockers are located in the apartments. If you rent a safe, you will receive a separate key from our reception.

Towels and bed linen

Towels and bed linen are included in the price. If you stay longer than 1 week, you will receive new towels and cleaning once a week. The first cleaning and towel change is 4 days after arrival. If you want extra towels or extra sheet packages, you can obtain them at the reception for a fee.

Our apartments are non-smoking

Smoking is not allowed in our apartments. We ask that you only smoke on the balcony and use the ashtray on the balcony.

SGR - Travel Money Guarantee Fund Foundation

SGR is a non-profit organization based in Rotterdam. They were founded in 1983 with the aim of protecting travelers from bankruptcy.

SGR is the most recognized and recognized quality mark for travelers. They are the largest guarantee fund in the Netherlands and the first travel money guarantee fund in Europe. They guarantee prepaid travel money from consumers, paid to the affiliated travel organizations. In the event of financial problems or the bankruptcy of a travel organization, they pay, under certain conditions, for the trip and/or accommodation.

Siroco has been a member of the SGR for many years under the name Siroco and with membership number 1989.

Required travel documents

At check-in we will ask you for a copy of your passport/ID card. We need this information for the Spanish authorities. You cannot check in with an expired or damaged document.

If you are coming from abroad, ask the Spanish embassy or consulate about which travel documents you need to travel to Spain. You are at all times responsible for arranging the correct documents.

Discover Benidorm and its surroundings

If you do not only want to get acquainted with the beach and everything Benidorm has to offer during your holiday, there are plenty of options! The area surrounding Benidorm is more than worth a visit. You can rent a car through our reception and go out on your own. You can also book an excursion. Inquire at the reception about the possibilities!
