Siroco – Gemelos 22
We offer trips all year round to our Gemelos 22 apartment complex in Benidorm. If you want to book a transfer with the apartment, please contact our reception at least 2 days prior to your arrival (info@gemelos22.es).
Apartments
Our spacious 1-bedroom apartments (max. 4 people) and 2-bedroom apartments (max. 6 people) are fully equiped, including free airconditioning, free wifi, free satellite TV, fully equipped kitchen and not to forget a spacious balcony facing the south and offering a view of the beautiful garden and swimming pools.
Our Team
With our own reception, concierges and cleaners, we make sure you feel at home with us. Our reception staff speaks English, Dutch and Spanish. They will be pleased to help you with all your questions.

Repatriation Guarantee
If you have booked a package holiday with us (bus/flight including accommodation) and there is a natural disaster, calamity or negative travel advice for non-essential trips for Benidorm, we will ensure that you come home again.
Rebooking
If the destination Benidorm receives a negative travel advice as a result of Covid-19, you can rebook your trip to a new date untill 6 weeks before arrival.
Air Travel
We offer flights from various airports to Alicante. From the Netherlands you fly from Schiphol, Rotterdam-The Hague or Eindhoven with Transavia to Alicante (or Valencia). Flight time is approximately 2.5 hours.
Transfer from and to the airport
At your request, we can arrange your transfer from the airport to our accommodation and vice versa for a fee. You can choose for: a shuttle transfer, €10,- each way and per person; bus transfer Siroco (on request) €15,- each way and per person; or a private transfer (maximum of 4 persons), €70,- each way. Transavia (only the Netherlands)
We fly daily from the Netherlands to Alicante with Transavia. You can choose to depart from Amsterdam, Rotterdam / The Hague or Eindhoven. The flight takes about 2.5 hours and on board you have the option to order something to eat and drink. This is always against payment. Transavia also offers tax-free articles on these flights. You can only pay cashless on Transavia flights. You can therefore only pay on board with a debit card, credit card or Apple / Samsung Pay.

Seat Reservation Transavia
It is possible to reserve and pay for a seat at Transavia from 6 weeks to 48 hours before departure. For example, do you want to make sure that you are together, do you prefer some extra legroom or do you like to sit by the window? Then book your seat before departure! Of course, the earlier you book, the more seats are still available to choose from. The costs per seat vary and can be found by logging in to Transavia.com. You can do this by clicking: https://www.transavia.com/en-EU/my-transavia/account/logon/ (your invoice number is your reservation number to log in).
Please note: it is not possible for everyone to book a seat, for example if you are accompanied at the airport or if you are bringing a pet, it is not possible.
Check In Online Transavia
It is possible to check in online from 30 hours to 4 hours before departure. By checking in online, all you have to do is drop off your luggage at the airport and walk to the gate at your leisure. Because you have reserved the seats yourself (for a fee), you can make sure to sit next to each other and in a place that you find comfortable.
After checking in online at home, you will be given the choice to print your boarding pass yourself or download it to your smartphone. Special Services Transavia
You can book extra services from 6 weeks before departure, both paid and free. A number of special services can only be booked with us by phone, such as: accompanying a minor on board; taking oxygen or, for example, medical baggage with you; special luggage such as bicycle or sports equipment; wheelchair or mobility scooter or bring your pet. Bus Travel
The bus trips are carried out in cooperation with Solmar with modern and comfortable coaches with air conditioning, video, toilet, adjustable seats and a bar. There is also a hostess on the bus. There are many boarding places in the Netherlands. For more information on our website: bus tickets.
Own Transport
You can book our apartments for a short or long stay or even book just for a couple of days (min. 4 nights). If you come by car or hire a car at the airport, you can park the car on the closed parking lot for a fee. The costs for parking are €5,- per day or €30,- per week per parking space. In July and August the costs are €7,50 per day and €50,- for a week.
It is also possible to rent a car on site. If you would like to know more, we would be happy to inform you about the possibilities.
Long stays and winter stays
The Siroco – Gemelos 22 apartments are fully furnished and fully equipped. There is a television with a lot of British and international channels ensures that you do not miss a program. Besides all apartments have airconditioning as well as a heater for the colder evenings. We offer free Wi-Fi (both in the apartment and on the spot) to stay in touch with your family and friends. Beach chairs and sunbeds for the terrace can be hired at the reception for a small fee. For an overview of the spacious and luxurious facilities in our apartments, see our apartments. We are happy to arrange your transfer from the airport to our accommodation and vice versa for a fee, see our transfer page for more information.
Insurances
When booking you can take out a travel and/or cancellation insurance with us. The cancellation insurance amounts to 6% of the travel sum and can be taken out by anyone. The travel insurance can only be booked for travelers living in the Netherlands and goes through “Europeesche verzekeringen”. Via the following link you can read more about our insurance policies.

Rent a Safe
It is possible to rent a safe on site for approx. €10,- per week. The lockers are located in the apartments.
Smoking
Is not allowed to smoke in our apartments. Smoking is only permitted on the balcony. Smoking marihuana and other (soft) drugs is prohibited within the entire complex.
Essences & preferences
When booking, you can specify a preference (preference) regarding which tower you would like to stay in and the height (low, medium or high). We will of course always try to take your preferences into account. If your preferences are so important that the trip can only take place if we meet your specific wishes, we recommend that you book an essence. Additional costs are associated with an essence (€35 per essence). A preference is free.
Travel Documents
You need a valid passport or national identity card. You cannot check in with an expired or damaged document. Check with the consulate or on the website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs whether you need a passport or national identity card for your trip and how long it must be valid.
Pets
We have a number of apartments available where staying with a dog is allowed (maximum height at the withers 45 cm). These apartments are located on the 2nd and 9th floors of both towers of Gemelos 22. Costs for the stay of your dog are €50 per stay if you stay a minimum of 7 nights. For a stay till 7 nights the costs are €10,- p/day. You must inform us immediately after you have made the booking that you will bring a dog with you, since the apartments where dogs are allowed are limited.

Free Wi-Fi in all our apartments and common areas.
Towels and bed linen
Towels and bed linen are included in the price. Towels are changed twice a week and if you stay 10 days or longer, the bed is changed once a week. If you would like extra towels or extra sheets, you can obtain these at the reception for a fee.
Excursions
Benidorm and its surroundings are more than worth it for fun excursions. For the excursions we work together with various organizations that offer a very varied offer. Interested? Inquire at the reception about the possibilities. At the reception you can also buy tickets with purchasing advantage for the various theme parks in Benidorm and for the shows of Benidorm Palace.
Car Hire
It is possible to rent a car through our reception. For many years we have had good contacts with the rental company and therefore receive very competitive rates. It is also not necessary to be in possession of a credit card if you rent through us.
SGR
We are a member of SGR. SGR is a non-profit organization based in Rotterdam. Founded in 1983 with the goal of protecting travelers from bankruptcy. See more information about the SGR guarantee scheme here.
